  • Design effective dissemination and exploitation plans
  • Leave with a structured concept note for a real project idea

Day 1 – Understanding Erasmus+ and project logic

  • Introductions and mapping participants’ experience
  • Overview of Erasmus+ structure and key actions
  • Reading and unpacking a call text
  • Needs analysis and problem trees
  • Identifying initial project ideas

Day 2 – From needs to objectives and activities

  • Writing clear, measurable project objectives
  • Designing coherent work packages and activities
  • Ensuring alignment with programme priorities (digital, inclusion, green, etc.)
  • Group work: drafting a basic project structure
  • Peer feedback and refinement

Day 3 – Partnership, budget and management

  • Building strong and complementary partnerships
  • Roles, responsibilities and communication flows
  • Basics of budgeting and eligible costs
  • Risk analysis and quality assurance mechanisms
  • Group work: sketching partnership and management plans

Day 4 – Impact, evaluation and sustainability

  • Defining impact at different levels (individual, organisational, systemic)
  • Evaluation methods and indicators
  • Planning for sustainability beyond the project end
  • Group work: adding impact and evaluation to project drafts
  • Feedback round

Day 5 – Communication, dissemination and exploitation

  • Distinguishing dissemination, exploitation and visibility
  • Choosing audiences, messages, channels and formats
  • Digital tools, storytelling and event ideas
  • Group work: building a dissemination and communication plan
  • Presentations of final project concepts

Day 6 – Finalisation and networking

  • Clinic: final questions on project design and management
  • Peer review carousel: giving and receiving structured feedback
  • Exploring potential partnerships among participants
  • Evaluation, Certificates of Attendance and closing session
