MsKaterina Ganatsiou is a Science teacher in Secondary Education in Larissa, Greece, with more than 20 years of teaching experience across primary, secondary, higher, vocational and adult education. She holds two Bachelor’s degrees, in “Physics” and “Accounting”, and two Master’s degrees, in “Physics of Materials” from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and in “Computer, Telecommunications and Network Science and Technology” from the Polytechnic School of the University of Thessaly. She has attended numerous training courses and professional development programmes, with a strong focus on educational innovation, digital tools, lifelong learning and inclusive education.
Since 2018, she has been actively involved in Erasmus+ European projects, contributing to the preparation of applications, project implementation, communication activities and international collaboration for both her school and the Hellenic Scientific Association of Innovation “Open Up.” She combines strong organisational, communication and intercultural skills, with experience in public speaking, teamwork, report presentation and cooperation with colleagues and partners from different educational and cultural backgrounds. She is a native Greek speaker and is fluent in English and German, holding C2-level certification in both languages.
