MrsAnna Fotiadou holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, along with degrees in Chemistry and Pharmacy. Her research expertise lies in organic synthesis, specifically the total synthesis of complex structural molecules with potential biological activity, and she has published her work in prominent scientific journals such as Organic Letters and Chemical Communications.
In addition to her research, she has practical experience as a pharmacist at EOPYY and has several years of teaching experience in secondary education, teaching Chemistry and Pharmacy at various educational levels.
Dr. Fotiadou is also skilled in quality control techniques, laboratory methodologies, and is proficient in analytical instrumentation like HPLC, GC-MS, and NMR. She is knowledgeable about regulatory standards including GMP, GLP, ISO, and HACCP. Since 2023, she has been working at the Gymnasium-Lyceum of Kallithea and has participated in an Erasmus+ program focused on innovative teaching tools. Her native language is Greek, and she is fluent in English, holding a First Certificate from the University of Cambridge.
